The vast majority of referrals made to The Bridge are from professionals in the industry. The Bridge strives to employ the expertise of the referring professional in the process and progress of their client, while in our program. Once admitted, a client is assigned to a Case Manager – members of our Clinical Staff or Client Relations teams who will contact and update the referring professional. Because a Case Manager is present every day, the referring professional is always able to make contact regarding his or her client. Additionally, professionals are asked upon their client’s admission, specific details about contact and feedback they wish to have while their client is in treatment. We understand that each referring professional has different needs, thus we work with each one individually, to assure those needs are met.
We understand the importance of creating a trusting relationship with those programs you are confident referring your clients to. Many industry professionals also elect to participate in either our “Accelerated Program for Behavioral Health Professionals” or our residential 2-Week program to improve their own vocational effectiveness by working on boundary issues, caretaking, burnout, or other deep core issues, that have long impacted their ability to achieve full vocational and/or personal growth.
