For Professionals

The vast majority of referrals made to The Bridge are from professionals in the industry. At The Bridge, we strive to employ the expertise of the referring professional in the process and progress of their client while in our program. Once admitted, a client is assigned to Case Managers – members of our Clinical Staff who will keep in touch and up-to-date with the referring professional. Because at least one of those Case Managers is present every day, the referring professional is always able to make contact regarding his or her client. Additionally, Professionals are asked upon their client’s admission what kind of feedback and contact they wish to have while their client is in treatment. We understand that each referring professional has different needs, thus we work individually with each to assure those needs are met.

From Treatment Centers CEO’s, Program Managers, Family Program Staff, Clinical Staff, Private Therapists, Interventionists, Life Coaches, and many other industry professionals have visited The Bridge Bowling Green & The Bridge Santa Barbara. Many of them have also elected to participate in the 2-Week program to improve in their own vocational effectiveness by working on boundary issues, caretaking, burnout, or other deep core issues that have long impacted their ability to achieve full vocational and/or personal growth.
