When to attend The Bridge

An introductory 2 week program designed to help individuals break out of old behavior patterns, introduce them to 12-Step recovery concepts and principles, and teach them about the complex and trans-generational nature of dependency disorders.

 

The Program focuses on:

  • Understanding the differences between functional and dysfunctional family systems.
  • Gaining insight into the tools and resources one must employ for sustainable recovery.
  • Establishing a clear sense of identity, meaning, and value – knowing who you are and what you’re worth.
  • Tuning into your feelings and needs and learning to express them moderately and effectively.
  • Identifying and articulating the incidents of trauma one has experienced.
