The Bridge to Recovery is considered an “intensive” program. This means that clients who attend TBTR should expect to be engaged in our clinical program for the majority of the day, 7 days a week during their stay.
We do allow for physical activity, self-care, and rest time in our schedule. We encourage clients to utilize the environment around them to nurture their experience.
