Meet Antwon Bailey

Antwon Bailey has over 15 years of management experience spanning non-profit, political, and startup organizations in the Midwest, the East Coast, and Tennessee. As a Senior Manager and Executive, Antwonnavigated an agency through the 2008 financial crisis and more recently led a mental health startup through the C19 pandemic. As a political professional, he has experience with electoral campaigns at the local, state and national level. Antwon lobbied for marriage equality in Illinois and was the founding Director of Client and Family Services for a mental health startup in Chicagoland as the Affordable Care Act implementation occurred in Illinois. Antwon studied health management and social work in graduate school. He has also been a guest lecturer on community organizing at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and a recurring guest lecturer on substance use disorders at Columbia University in the City of New York. Currently, Antwon maintains a small private practice providing clinical supervision and counseling. As a clinician, Antwon maintains peer supervision through Music City DBT and began psychodrama training with Brave Heart Retreats.
