Alumni Meetings

Virtual Alumni Meeting on Tuesdays 7:00pm CST
Virtual ACA Alumni Meeting on Thursdays 6:00pm CST
Colorado Alumni Meetings on Sunday 7:00pm MST
Memphis Alumni Meetings 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month 6:00pm CST
(Reach out to Sara Beth or Shane to get connected into our virtual or regional meetings.)

Weekly "Alumni Supporting Alumni" meetings are facilitated and hosted by our Director of Alumni Relations, Sara Beth Caldwell.  These are a great opportunity for Alumni to connect with other Alumni from across the country and with various days/months/years post-graduation from The Bridge to Recovery.  Alumni from any BTR program and from any year of participation are invited to join these weekly calls.  Access and call-in information is provided to our Alumni at their completion/graduation from the program, and updates about topics and call times can be found on our special secret Facebook page with alumni-only membership.  If you are an Alumnus and would like access and/or information about our Alumni Supporting Alumni Call or the alumni-only Facebook Page, please reach out to Sara Beth at sarabeth@thebridgetorecovery.com.

In light of COVID19 and the isolation it has caused many of our alumni, including a lack of access to in-person meetings, we have added a virtual BTR Alumni ACA weekly meeting.  If you are an alumnus of any BTR program and would like to virtually attend this weekly meeting, please reach out to Sara Beth at the email address above.

Alumni Facebook Page

Our latest news, updates, and events are often posted on our Alumni Facebook page, and additionally where our alumni share and support each other regularly. This is a "secret" page that any alumnus can be a part of, but by invite only.  Usually, an invite is sent to an alumnus at program completion/graduation when permission to do is provided prior to that person departing the program.  However, Alumni from any program during any period of attendance can request to be added to the secret Facebook page by reaching out to our Alumni Director at sarabeth@thebridgetorecovery.com.

E-Blasts/Newsletters

Periodically (usually once per quarter), we like to send out an email communication to our Alumni to let them know of upcoming events, news and updates about our program.  We call this our "Alumni Newsletter" and it contains great information.  We send this out to our alumni database, which unfortunately over the years has missing information.  We want to make sure that all of our alumni who are interested in receiving updates from our program receive them.  If you are an alumnus of any BTR program and currently do not receive our Alumni Newsletter but would like to, please reach out to our Media Manager at neena@thebridgetorecovery.com.  Additionally, we always like to feature and provide updates on our Alumni.  If you are interested in sharing your story and being featured in an upcoming edition of our Alumni Newsletter, please reach out to the email above.

How you can support The Bridge to Recovery

Alumni often ask us how they support our program because of their positive experience and appreciation for how our program helped in their personal healing and transformation.  As a small 501c3 not-for-profit, our program depends on financial gifts from our Alumni, their families, and others who believe and invest in our mission.  We understand that our alumni come from all socioeconomic situations, and our goal is to provide different opportunities for all levels of giving, as each and every gift makes a our program's continuation and sustainability possible.

Make a One-Time or Recurring Donation

Donations can quickly and easily be made on our website and can support a number of programs and campaign, including our Life Saver Fund (which supports our ability to provide financial discounts to those in need), active Capital Campaigns, and our Unrestricted Fund (which allows us to support needed property maintenance and updates, operations, and supportive programming such as our Alumni Program).

Donations can be made here, and we are grateful for your support.

Buy-A-Brick Program

Many of our Alumni enjoy the idea of purchasing a fundraising brick that is laid on our property as a way to memorialize their experience at TBTR.  Others who support our mission and want to support our program have also used the Buy-A-Brick as an in memoriam for a loved one.  Whatever the reason, the Buy-A-Brick program is a great way to leave a lasting fingerprint on the landscape of our program for decades to come and support a great cause.  This program supports our Life Saver Fund, unless otherwise specified.  For more information on our Buy-A-Brick program, visit us here.

For more information on our fundraising efforts, visit our Donations page here, or reach out to us at neena@thebridgetorecovery.com.
