Our mental health program is divided into key phases.
During the first stage of our program, you’ll learn about and explore your personal family of origin trauma. You may reflect on or outwardly identify things like events that occurred, how they affected you, and the coping mechanisms you might have developed as a result.
All of us have life experiences that influence the way we move through the world and how we perceive ourselves. This type of reflection matters no matter what kind of experiences you’ve had personally.
That’s why the structure of our Residential Trauma Programs works for clients facing an array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder and other anxiety disorders, body image, addiction, mood disorders like depression, and complicated grief.
In phase two, you’ll discover how trauma or related concerns have manifested in your life and start building a strong set of sustainable coping skills. Clients can use these coping skills in their lives long-term, and they very much so serve as a lifeline, replacing potential maladaptive behaviors and empowering you to work through challenges and support your mental health in day-to-day life.
