Our Three Phases of Healing

Phase 1: Uncover & Discover

In Phase 1, our focus is on laying the foundation for healing and growth by delving deep into understanding and exploring personal trauma. Within a supportive group setting, participants are encouraged to bravely confront their past experiences, uncovering the roots of their mental health challenges. Through guided discussions, experiential exercises, and therapeutic interventions, individuals gain valuable insights into the ways in which their trauma has impacted their lives.
